What materials are your jewellery made of?

Our pieces are made of durable and lightweight resin with gold plated hypoallergenic brass findings. Each are created and assembled by hand, making them truly unique. Most of the flowers used are personally hand-picked, dried, and preserved. Due to their handmade nature, there may be some slight differences in colour, size and shape. But we hope that you’ll appreciate these as part of their charm, as we do!

How do I care for my jewellery?

Please store safely in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Our pieces are primarily crafted from gold-plated brass, which may naturally tarnish when exposed to air, oils, or dirt. To maintain their quality, we recommend avoiding water exposure and refraining from spraying any chemicals, such as perfume, directly on them. For cleaning, gently wipe them with a soft cotton cloth.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We offer standard and tracked shipping rates through Royal Mail only. Orders within the UK are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days once payment has been received. 

Delivery times for international orders may vary. If your order has not been delivered within 15-20 business days after the expected date for Europe, or 30 business days for other parts of the world, please reach out to us.

For international orders, we provide the ‘ International Tracked and Signed Delivery’ service. Please be aware that the shipping cost does not cover any duties or customs charges that may apply to shipments outside the EU. Customers are responsible for covering these additional costs.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If our product doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return your order. Please contact via email and message us with your reason for the return and include your order number at admin@faie.uk. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Additionally, as return parcels may not always reach our studio, refunds will be issued only once your order has been received.
